At Memo Candy, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products —customized candy bouquets, trays, and vases— we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
No Returns or Refunds
Given that our creations are made with perishable goods and are customized for specific occasions, we cannot resell or restock items after they’ve been delivered. As a result, all sales are final.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product you received, please contact us at info@memocandy.com within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the product so that we can assist you promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, but if there is a mistake on our end, we will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
